These terms cover https://getheragain.com and Her Again digital products and account services. Her Again is a brand operated by an individual in Florida. Contact: hellogetheragain@gmail.com. Services are intended for adults. A verified-email account is required for purchases and account-based access. Keep your sign-in details private, provide accurate account information, and report suspected unauthorized use.

Her Again provides general education and self-reflection tools about menopause-related sleep and night sweats. The ebook, journal, Blueprint, and Ask Her Again are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional monitoring, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. No medical or sleep result is guaranteed.

Discuss symptoms, medications, hormone therapy, and supplements with your clinician. Do not start, stop, or change treatment, or delay medical care, based on these materials or an AI reply. Ask Her Again is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

The $47 Night Reset Collection is a one-time purchase of the Sleep Through the Night Sweats ebook and My 4-Week Night Reset Journal, with ongoing access to your purchased digital files.

The $97 Complete Night Reset Blueprint is a one-time purchase that includes the Collection, the interactive four-week Blueprint, and an initial 30 days of Ask Her Again access with up to 100 user messages. The included period does not renew automatically.

Eligible Collection customers may upgrade to the Blueprint for the $50 difference. This is a one-time upgrade, not a recurring purchase. Product downgrades are not offered.

After confirmed payment, purchased materials are available through your private account. Download links expire for security; eligible customers can request new links. Keep your downloaded copies. Permanent purchased-product access is separate from time-limited AI access and does not promise uninterrupted website availability.

Ask Her Again membership costs $19/month and requires a qualifying Her Again purchase and separate, explicit enrollment in recurring billing. A purchase or upgrade does not start a membership, and the Blueprint’s included 30 days never automatically convert into a subscription.

When you enroll, your authorized payment method is charged at enrollment and monthly thereafter until canceled. Each paid monthly period includes up to 100 user messages. Unused messages do not roll over. Your account shows your current paid-period end date.

To cancel future renewals, sign in, open Account & billing, select Cancel future renewals under your membership, and confirm. Check the cancellation status and paid-period end date. Cancel before your next renewal is processed to avoid that charge. You keep access through the paid period, subject to your remaining message allowance.

If you cannot sign in or the cancellation control is unavailable or does not confirm, contact hellogetheragain@gmail.com promptly using your account email. An email request is not an automatic cancellation confirmation. Signing out, not using the service, clearing browser data, or requesting deletion does not itself cancel billing. Cancellation never removes your purchased ebook, journal, or Blueprint entitlement.

The $19/month Ask Her Again membership renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals at any time; payments already processed are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or applicable platform policies. You keep access through your paid billing period, subject to usage limits.

Stripe processes payments. The applicable product, price, and billing terms are displayed at checkout before you authorize payment.

All purchases of the $47 Night Reset Collection and $97 Complete Night Reset Blueprint are final sale and nonrefundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law or the payment platform’s policies.

The separate Refund Policy also explains membership cancellation and refunds. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights or remedies required by law or payment-platform policies.

AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for you. They are not an individualized clinical evaluation. Verify important information and consult a qualified healthcare professional. A reply may not consider your entire previous conversation.

Ask Her Again requires active access and remaining messages in your included or paid period. Usage and request-frequency limits apply. Access expiry or an exhausted allowance stops further replies unless you have another separately authorized active period. We do not charge automatic message overages.

Account access, AI responses, and downloads may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, provider outages, or security controls. Contact support about access failures. Reasonable interruptions do not erase your purchased-product entitlement or override applicable remedies for a paid service that is not supplied as required.

Your chat message and limited conversation context are processed by third-party AI infrastructure, and saved conversations remain associated with your account as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unnecessary identifying information or other people’s sensitive information.

Purchased materials are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print your purchased materials for yourself. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly post protected materials, share accounts or private download links, or bypass access and usage limits. Her Again retains its content rights; you retain rights you have in your own entries.

Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, interfere with security, or abuse billing or referral systems. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security threats, or legal requirements, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Affiliate participation is governed by the separate Affiliate Terms. Verified account holders who accept those terms and are eligible activate automatically, receive a referral link immediately, and can use Affiliate Space. Suspended or rejected accounts do not automatically reactivate. Commission eligibility, attribution, holds, reversals, and manual payouts remain governed by the Affiliate Terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer protections and mandatory remedies continue to apply. These terms do not impose arbitration or a class-action waiver.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will receive appropriate notice and any legally required consent. Changes will not retroactively remove purchased-product entitlements or alter already-earned affiliate commissions. A recurring price or material billing change requires legally sufficient notice and any required consent.
