Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

About this policy

Her Again is an educational-product brand operated by an individual in Florida. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit https://getheragain.com, use your account, or contact us. Privacy questions and requests: hellogetheragain@gmail.com.

Information we collect and why

We collect account details, including your email address and sign-in and verification records, to manage accounts and protect access. Purchase records include the product, amount, payment status, order identifiers, and membership billing and cancellation information. We use these records to deliver products, manage billing, assist customers, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We also process technical and usage information, such as connection information, account activity, download-link requests, and AI message counts, to operate and protect the service. If you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Stripe handles payment processing. Her Again receives the payment and billing information needed to manage your purchase, but does not store full payment-card details in its application records.

Private Blueprint entries and AI conversations

The Blueprint saves entries you choose to submit, including checklists, trackers, reflections, and personal plans, with your account so you can return to them. These entries can contain sensitive information about sleep, symptoms, or health. Writing in a downloaded journal or on paper does not itself upload those entries to Her Again.

Ask Her Again processes your submitted chat message and limited recent conversation context to generate a reply. Saved messages, replies, conversation titles, and timestamps are stored with your account. Titles may be drawn from your first message and may contain sensitive information. Blueprint entries are not automatically sent with your AI request.

AI requests may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure. Those providers receive the chat information needed to generate a response and may process service logs and related information under their own terms and legal obligations. We do not promise zero provider retention or make an unverified claim about provider training practices. Share only what is necessary, and avoid including other people’s identifying or sensitive information.

Customer access is account-specific. Routine company customer reports show purchase, access, and usage information, not your private Blueprint responses or chat contents. Authorized service providers and technical or support personnel may process relevant information for maintenance, security, verified support requests, or legal obligations; this is not a promise that no authorized person can access stored content.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, account authentication, data and file storage, email, payment processing, and AI responses. These include Lovable for website and account services, Stripe for payments, third-party AI infrastructure, and Gmail for support correspondence. Relevant information is processed to provide those services.

We may disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, disputes, or protection of legal rights. Provider processing may occur outside your state or country; we do not claim a particular geographic storage location.

Affiliate referrals and browser storage

When you follow an eligible affiliate link, the website uses first-party browser storage to save a referral code, click time, and randomly generated visitor identifier. Referral clicks are recorded to attribute a qualifying purchase to an affiliate. The last eligible click within 30 days receives credit. A visitor identifier may later be associated with a purchase; it is not guaranteed anonymous.

The 30-day window limits commission attribution, not data retention. Referral values may remain in your browser until replaced or cleared, and clearing them does not erase existing server records. Affiliates receive referral and earnings summaries, not your Blueprint entries or AI conversations.

Browser storage also helps maintain your sign-in session. Payment, hosting, and other embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can restrict or clear site data through your browser settings, but this may sign you out or affect checkout and referral attribution. Browser clearing does not delete your account. We do not claim that all browser privacy signals automatically change our processing; contact us about any applicable privacy choice.

Retention and deletion requests

We retain information for account continuity, product access, support, security, billing, and legal recordkeeping. There is no automatic deletion schedule for saved Blueprint entries and conversations. Membership cancellation or AI access expiry does not automatically delete them.

Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hellogetheragain@gmail.com from your account email address. We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request. There is no self-service account or chat deletion control. Requests are reviewed under applicable law; some transaction, entitlement, security, or dispute records may need to be retained. Provider records and backups may follow separate retention and deletion processes, so immediate erasure from every copy is not promised.

We will explain applicable limitations and effects on account access when handling a request. A deletion request does not automatically cancel recurring membership billing; please also use the cancellation process described in the Website Terms.

Security and your privacy rights

We use reasonable safeguards, including sign-in verification, account-specific access restrictions, purchase checks, private product-file storage, and time-limited download links. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your sign-in details and report suspected unauthorized access to our support inbox.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or request applicable opt-outs or appeal a denied request. Contact hellogetheragain@gmail.com to exercise a right or have an authorized representative contact us, subject to identity and authority verification. Exceptions and statutory deadlines apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You may also have the right to complain to your relevant privacy regulator.

Adults and policy updates

Her Again is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

We may update this policy as practices or legal requirements change. The current version shows its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate website or account notices, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.
