Affiliate Terms

Joining and activation

Create or sign into a verified account and accept the Affiliate Terms. Eligible affiliates are automatically activated and receive a unique referral link immediately in Affiliate Space; manual owner approval is not required.

Suspended or rejected accounts are not automatically reactivated. Her Again may suspend affiliates for fraud, spam or violations of these terms.

Commission eligibility

Approved affiliates earn 50% only on a customer’s first qualifying purchase attributed to their referral: the $47 Night Reset Collection ($23.50) or a direct $97 Complete Night Reset Blueprint purchase ($48.50), excluding taxes, discounts, and refunds.

The $50 Collection-to-Blueprint upgrade never earns additional commission, even within the original 30-day referral window. Upgrades are recorded separately from new purchases. Only one qualifying purchase per customer can earn commission; duplicate payment confirmations do not create duplicate commissions.

The $19/month Ask Her Again membership and any future AI message packs do not earn commission.

Commissions are earned only on verified, completed payments. Canceled, fraudulent, or refunded orders do not earn commission.

Attribution

Purchases are credited when a customer buys within 30 days of clicking your referral link.

If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the last eligible click receives credit. Only one affiliate is credited per purchase.

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Commissions on orders that are refunded, disputed, or charged back are reversed. If already paid, the amount may be deducted from future earnings.

Payout timing and minimums

Commissions are held as Pending for 30 days, then become eligible for payout.

Eligible balances are paid monthly once they reach $50. Smaller balances carry forward.

Payment and tax information must be provided before your first payout.

Payouts are completed manually. Payout arrangements are subject to owner confirmation and applicable payment requirements; no particular payment method is promised.

Advertising rules

Do not make misleading claims or any health or medical promises. Her Again provides educational information only and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Do not use paid ads that bid on the Her Again name, or spam of any kind.

Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, as required by law (for example, FTC guidelines in the U.S.).

Self-referrals and fraud

Purchases made by you, for yourself, or through fake or abusive activity are not eligible and may lead to removal from the program.

Program changes and termination

Her Again may update these terms, commission rates, or the program with notice. Any commission-rate changes apply prospectively only. Already-earned qualifying commissions will be honored under the terms and commission rate applicable when they were earned.

Either party may end participation at any time; earned, eligible commissions not affected by fraud will be paid. Recording a payment as paid in the company admin page only records a manually completed payment; it does not automatically transfer money.
